When it comes to ingredients, you want the finest products, sourced from people who really understand what it is you are trying to achieve. Some people then go on to give their advice and experience freely and these guys are exactly this!

Lucho Bakes is a small but truly amazing artisan bakery producing the most amazing array of sour dough bread along with other tasty things like croissants, and all made with genuine organic and natural locally produced ingredients.

Based in a small rural business park at Swimbridge but selling mainly through locations like South Molten’s famous award winning pannier market and other local farmers markets in the area.

The two types of flour are used in the pastry for our range of meat pies, and the taste and texturised truly unrivalled by anything else we have ever eaten!
